Another way of reducing the pain is to place a cold compress on the headache. or cold compresses can be applied over the area where the pain is coming from. This can help reduce the pain and prevent further damage to the tissue.

Before putting a cold compress on your head, you should ensure that the affected area is clean and free of other bacteria and dirt. This will help reduce the inflammation. You can also use a cold compress before you go to sleep at night, this will help you rest and also reduce the pain that you are experiencing.

You may also find that your (headache) Sar Dard worsens after you eat some foods. So, you should avoid those foods.

Headache and migraine symptoms can be very embarrassing and you may find that you will avoid doing certain things because of it. You should try and take control of your headache and migraine symptoms and get rid of them as quickly as possible.
