Kidney and stomach
care, or, just as commonly known as kidneys and guts, is an important part of
any health care regimen. The kidneys are the organs that filter and eliminate
wastes from the blood; they filter and remove water, vitamins, minerals and
other substances that we ingest.
The kidney is the
primary filtering organ. It uses protein to produce waste that is filtered and
eliminated in the urine, and it has two types of filtering filters: ureters.
Ureters are tubes that
connect the kidney to the bladder. The ureter passes waste from the kidney to
the bladder via the urethra. As the urine leaves the bladder, the ureter is
reabsorbed into the body.
Ureters can be
categorized by the length of their structure. The common ureters are the
ureteric sphincter, which is the muscle or band of tissue found between the
pelvic bones and the bladder wall. This muscle helps to close off the ureters
when the bladder is full, and it allows the urine to pass through as soon as it
leaves the bladder. When the ureters are long and thin, urine can bypass the
bladder, causing pain and discomfort when passing the urine.
The second type of
ureteric sphincter, called the retrograde ureteric sphincter, is shorter,
thinner, and located near the bladder. This muscle allows fluid to flow from
the kidneys into the bladder. In order to prevent fluid from leaking into the
urethra, this muscle is usually relaxed during bowel movements. If the muscle
is contracted, it allows fluid to leak into the urethra and causes painful
passing of the urine.
Stomach organs are
very important because the digestive process involves the processing of food,
or digested material, into food. A well-balanced diet, consisting of a variety
of foods, helps keep the digestive tract healthy and clean.
The gastrointestinal
tract is responsible for the digestion of the food that the digestive process
has produced. This area of the body is made up of small intestines and a colon.
The colon absorbs food from the intestines and pushes it through the stomach and small intestine to feed the body.
The immune system is
vital to maintaining the body's immune system. A person with an unhealthy
immune system will often develop sicknesses, infections and other ailments.
Digestive processes
and the immune system are just two of the important organs in the digestive
tract. Two other important organs in the digestive system are the liver and
pancreas.
The pancreas is
located near the duodenum and produces insulin, which is needed in the
production of glucose in the bloodstream. The pancreatic duct also secretes
bile acids to break down fats and other foods. Excess bile acid production may
cause pain when passing urine or cause inflammation when the bowels are moving.
The liver is the main
storage area for stored fats, proteins, carbohydrates and enzymes. It is
located below the diaphragm and secretes bile acid to breakdown fats,
carbohydrates and proteins.
The gallbladder is
located above the diaphragm and is an organ responsible for producing bile,
which is the clear liquid that separates the blood from the bile salts. Bile is
stored in a sac located under the gallbladder and is excreted through the
urine.
Sharbat-e-Sandal is a well-known healthy and refreshing drink
in Asia. It is also effective for palpitation, anxiety, burning micturition,
and bilious diarrhea. It is a refreshing healthy treat in the scorching summer
heat. Additionally, add it in milkshake to augment the taste and flavors or use
Sharbat Sandal as a topping on your ice-cream and deserts.
Kidney diseases affect
about two out of three Americans. Symptoms include pain and burning in the
upper abdomen or upper right side of the chest. Some of the conditions include
cystic fibrosis, congestive heart failure, kidney stones, kidney infections,
pancreatitis, cholestasis and acute pancreatitis. If you have any of these conditions,
see your physician immediately for proper treatment.
When you have kidney
problems, you have increased risk of developing high blood pressure, heart
disease, gallstones, gallbladder infections, cirrhosis and kidney cancer. High
blood pressure may cause hypertension, which can lead to coronary artery
disease. If you have an enlarged spleen, gallbladder or pancreas, this may
increase the risk of developing chronic liver disease, such as hepatitis or
cirrhosis.
A person needs proper
care for their kidneys and stomach, as well as their liver and pancreas. Proper
care means you should eat a healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables
and plenty of fiber to maintain the proper function of the liver and pancreas.
You should also drink lots of water, herbal teas, juices and water. as these
foods help to flush the liver and pancreas and remove toxins.
Proper care also means
you should get plenty of rest. A person with diabetes will often need to have
their medication in oral form.
